Agreement
By creating a Contexbase workspace you agree to these terms with Contex Shipping Ltd, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you issue to people and agents, and for the data you place in your context lake.
Acceptable use
Do not use Contexbase to store unlawful material, to breach another person's rights, or to attack the availability of the service.
Service and availability
We aim for continuous availability and publish incident information. Enterprise plans may include contractual service levels.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time and export your context first. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
