We built Contexbase with privacy and ownership as foundational architecture, not an afterthought.
What we collect
Account details, the data and files you or your agents add to your context lake, and technical logs needed to operate the service securely.
How we use it
Solely to run Contexbase for you: storing, indexing and serving your context to the agents you have authorised. We do not sell, license or broker your data.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. Access is scoped per credential and every read or write is logged.
Sharing
Nothing is shared with a third party unless you grant an agent or person explicit, revocable access, or unless we are legally required to disclose it.
Retention and deletion
You can export your context at any time in open formats and request full deletion, which removes data from our systems rather than archiving it.
